Business Manager & Compliance
Catina Patton was born in Bremerton, WA and grew up traveling across the U.S. and overseas as the child of an Air Force father. She is a proud mother of three, a grandmother to one grandson, and enjoys the outdoors. With 25 years of experience in the construction industry, she brings a unique background in AP/AR, Human Resources, and DEI/ESJ compliance and retention. Catina is actively involved in supporting DBE, SBE, and WMBE businesses and serves on multiple boards, including the Washington State Project Review Committee, the City of Tacoma’s Equity in Contracting Committee, and the Business Diversity Advisory Group, reflecting her strong commitment to community engagement and equity.
